Our FLAME FIT Signature Small Group 4 Week Program is legendary We run this successful program again and again because simply its a training formula that works!
You will be in a safe small group of 4-8 people max, which means you get much better coaching than in a large class, we place a huge emphasis on progressing each session week to week so you progress much faster than in a large class setting & get much better results! If you have tried fitness classes in the past, give these a go for one month & we promise you won’t look back. These sessions are nothing like you have experienced before, they are results driven & this is why they work so well!!
What you get:
2 sessions a week of intensive training for 4 weeks that will have you losing inches while toning building and sculpting your body
Wed 10am & Fri 10am
Tues 6pm & Thurs 6pm
THESE CLASSES ARE SUITABLE FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS
If you are a gym newbie this 4 week course is perfect for you as you will be introduce to all the gym equipment & be given full demonstrations for each exercises
Make new friends, learn how to correctly use all gym equipment, gain tons of confidence, train in a fun environment with top class coaching & guaranteed results! are extremely limited, as you will be in a SMALL GROUP of between 4 – 8 people, you will get plenty of attention and you won’t get lost in a big class, BUT because we keep the class size small pre-booking essential!!
