Join us in the mornings and work at your own pace as your instructor takes you through a series of both strength training and cardio full body movements that’ll have you sweating and your muscles burning.

Our 45 min classes are perfect for busy people who are looking for fast results! Expect to tone your whole body and feel strong, powerful and accomplished leaving our Flame Fit Bootcamp class!

Pre- booking is essential as we keep class numbers small to allow for more hands on coaching and better results.

Flame Fit Classes are free to members (Members must be logged into their account to avail of free classes!)  or €10 for non members – pre book your class here!

Class Times:

Monday: 4.30pm class

Tuesday: 7.15am class

Wednesday: 4.30pm class

Thursday: 7.15am class

Saturday: 11am class

Classes must be booked before 6pm the day before!
