Step One
Personalised Training Program (updated monthly)
Home OR Gym option available. Flame Fit Gym Fitness programs are not only scientifically developed to help you achieve your goals in the best way possible but also provide that extra motivation & support to help you see them through, whether your workouts are executed in the Gym or at Home, we tailor the exercises specifically for you to make sure you get the results. You will get a breakdown of your exact workouts so you know exactly what you have to do. Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who has been using gyms for years but is at a plateau in their result, we will formulate the best program for you.
Step Two
Video Demonstrations for each Exercise
We provide exclusive video tutorials with all of our programs. These are useful video guides on how to do specific exercises and coaching tips to make sure you have the correct form. Believe me, these little tweaks are what make the difference to how effectively you perform the exercises & how quickly you see results! You will be given the exact amount of rest, sets, reps & tempo for each exercise as well as being given guidance on correct form & technique.
Step Three
Weekly Progress Check-Ins
You will be checking in online with your coach each week which keeps you accountable to the program. You’ll take progress photos, you will be taught how to correctly track your nutrition and you’ll also be tracking your performance on each training session for the week & how you are feeling, as well as sleep & other factors that are critical to getting you the best results which helps you to determine the patterns that create success. Weekly check-ins also allow your coach to make necessary changes for the week ahead to ensure you keep progressing in line with your goals. This will also be a chance for you to ask any questions you might have have. I will be with you, guiding you each step of the way!

Nutrition
Brand New Nutrition Coaching Module each week You will gain knowledge & understanding of nutrition. I will teach you everything from calculating the exact calories for your goals and macros to intuitive eating & nutrient timing as well as information about supplements. We also look at other factors such as stress and sleep. The nutrition modules will TEACH you how & what to eat. This is incredibly important as your goals will change and when they do, the knowledge & tools I arm you with, will enable you to adapt your diet & also stay flexible during holidays or periods of stress. You will get to know your body. You will learn about calories, protein, fat and carbs. I promise you – This is what will take your nutrition & training to the next level. This is not a diet plan – diet plans fail, they are hard to stick to & are short lived, instead we will give you the only tools you need for lifelong results.

Brand New Motivation & Mindset Coaching Module each week 12 Steps to Lifelong Success! I teach you how to shift your mindset & more importantly your attitude! Learn how to get the “fitness mindset” when it comes to training, nutrition and your body. I teach you the most important habits to implement. I promise you , your life will transform when you learn the mindset techniques that I was shown which put me on the path to success both in & out of the gym. This is a step by step guide to the habits that I put in place each day to make sure I stay on track to success. You can have the best training plan and diet in the world but if you don’t also work on strengthening your mind, then you will never succeed in staying successful in the long term. Through the mindset section, you will learn how to set goals and other mindset techniques to make the most out of each day and make sure that no matter what life throws at you, you will be successful in your training & nutrition plan in the long run.
