    My Story

    Hi I’m Siobhan and I’m a strength & conditioning coach & the owner of Flame Fit Gym! Most people are surprised to learn I didn’t always live a healthy lifestyle. I struggled with body confidence & practiced unhealthy eating patterns all up through my teens and early 20s.

    As a young mum of 3, life wasn’t always easy & opportunities weren’t handed to me on a silver plate. I turned these difficulties into determination when I began my fitness journey.

    My Story

    Before I found the gym, my lack of knowledge around fitness & nutrition led me to constantly seek the next quick fix. This contributed to unhealthy habits when it came to lifestyle and diet and fitness. My weight constantly fluctuated and I always felt either tired and hungry or weak and run down, not to mention overweight & bloated!
  4. Making the Change

    My Story

    I knew I wanted to make a change but I lacked the confidence to join a gym. So I settled on buying a home workout program & a set of kettlebells & began following the program in my own home! I learned all of the basics & started seeing results which encouraged me as I started to build new confidence.

    When I finally joined the gym, I was petrified! I felt awkward & self conscious but my mindset completely changed when I learned the correct training methods & started to drop body fat and see results. The biggest thing the gym taught me was discipline, and I surrounded myself with some of the industry’s best mentors & coaches, learning their methods for success.

    Through my determination, I transformed my mind & body & in 2013 I was invited to become a weight loss class coach where I found my passion for helping men & women across the country to transform theirs.
  7. Getting Qualified

    My Story

    I qualified as an advanced personal trainer & went on to study fitness program design & completely immersed myself in the fitness industry. By following the correct training techniques and dialing in nutrition into your exercise program, I realised how easy it was to completely change your body shape! The biggest change to my physique came I started lifting weights. My body shape changed so drastically and I saw results….fast! I loved how I looked & I loved the feeling of being strong, toned & confident!

    My Story

    I first created the Flame Fit brand for my Personal Training business while working as a Gym Coach. The name came about after one of many trips to the Fitness District & Gyms of Phuket, Thailand. Back in 2018 I sat in a cafe with one of my gym buddies after one of Unit 27’s notoriously gruelling workouts, brainstorming ideas for a name for my business…my red hair, fiery personality & burning passion for fitness inspired the name Flame Fitness which has since become a hugely successful brand.

    My Story

    After seeing the need for a proper weights dedicated gym in my area, I finally fulfilled my dream of opening my very own gym, Flame Fit Gym where I have helped transform the lives of 100s of people like you! I am proud to have been the first female coach to bring a dedicated weights gym to the West of Ireland. I am passionate about what I do & the most rewarding part of my job is helping people transform their fitness and enhance their quality of life.

    My Story

    I created Transform in 12, a 12 Step Complete Transformation program delivered over 12 Weeks, that contains EVERYTHING I walk my gym client’s through, from the very first meeting, right through their entire fitness program. I’ve gathered all of my fitness knowledge (and €€€s) I’ve spent over the years and placed them into this Online Program so that you can access my coaching from anywhere and join the Flame Fit Revolution!

Siobhan Darocha
